They include Ben Lomond on the Bonnie Banks, Ben Vorlich at Loch Earn, Ben More and Stob Binnein, Ben Lui and the Ben Lawers range of mountains. Slightly further afield are the Arrochar Alps and the famous Glen Coe Mountains, which includes the Aonach Eagach Ridge. Lower and closer to Callander are Ben Venue and the Ochil Hills with various routes to its tops.
For these walks you need to be properly equipped but advice can be sought from your host, Janice, who has climbed all the Munros and Corbetts (hills between 2500 feet and 3000 feet) in Scotland.
